This qualification represents the roles of community service professionals engaged in delivering, managing, and coordinating person-centered services for individuals, groups, and communities.
At this level, workers possess specialised skills in community services, operating independently within their scope of practice while following broad guidance from senior management. They assist individuals in making positive life changes to enhance personal and social well-being and may also oversee other staff and volunteers. Additionally, responsibilities may include case management and program coordination.
To obtain this qualification, candidates must complete a minimum of 200 hours of work as outlined in the Assessment Requirements of the competency units.

To apply for the Diploma of Community Services at Montford International College, applicants must meet the following requirements:

After a student’s enrolment application is accepted, they will receive a Letter of Offer, a Written Agreement, and a Tax Invoice for any outstanding fees. It is important for students to carefully review all of the provided materials, as they contain essential details regarding the course.
Once the signed acceptance of the offer and the written agreement are returned, a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter will be issued.
The first day of each course will include an Orientation and Induction session. This will provide valuable information on topics such as the campus facilities, living in Australia, how to access available support services, and strategies for succeeding in the course, including maintaining satisfactory academic progress.
